本港每年料生產逾270萬公斤網購包裝逾七成人處理包裝感困擾綠惜地球促電商推可重用包裝政府及早銜接國標

香港網購過度包裝問題嚴重，每年生產逾 270 萬公斤包裝。綠惜地球發佈《網購包裝問卷調查 2026》，結果顯示六成人認為包裝過多，七成人在處理包裝時感到困擾。中國內地將於今年 7 月 1 日實施《限制快遞過度包裝要求》的國家標準，對包裝箱及包裝層數設限制。綠惜地球發現有電商在內地推行「可重用包裝」，惟在本地未有採取相同措施，因此促請電商將相關減廢措施延伸至香港；並主動參與環保署的「自提點即場回收劃」。而政府亦應鼓勵更多電商簽署現有的《減少使用包裝約章》，並及早銜接國標，制訂相關法例規管網購包裝。

Let’s do better on paper and plastic bottle recycling

The government is suggesting a rebate of at least 10 cents and aiming for a 30 per cent recycling rate for plastic containers and 10 per cent for cartons. Hong Kong should adopt similarly ambitious measures, with refunds between 50 HK cents and HK$1, to align with the goals of the Waste Blueprint for Hong Kong 2035.

若要滅赤又減廢，何不轉飲過濾水？

最近政府的桶裝水合約成為了民間熱話，社會發現中標品牌往績不佳，擔心桶裝水質素參差，影響健康。上周有傳媒發現，金鐘政府合署大堂堆滿裝樽水，疑有政府員工自行團購樽裝水。多番折騰之後，我們不禁問，政府辦公室非戶外場所，理應有完善的食水管道，為何不優先考慮安裝濾水器，並飲用過濾水，反倒要招標購買大量飲用水？
