在香港這個國際都會，啟德郵輪碼頭作為亞洲重要的郵輪樞紐，本應引領綠色航運潮流，卻因缺乏岸電（Onshore Power Supply）基建，而令停靠的郵輪繼續燃燒燃料發電，維持船上運作。這不僅落後於時代，郵輪噴出的廢氣更直接加劇空氣污染，長此下去，我們擔心除了會影響市民健康，更會損害碼頭的旅遊形象。
