The Green Earth is expanding its corporate partnerships and inviting passionate and proactive individuals to join our Corporate Engagement Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to connect with the business sector in building meaningful, engaging programs that promote environmental awareness and drive Hong Kong toward a greener, healthier future.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage corporate partnership programs, including sustainability workshops, volunteer initiatives, and outdoor green activities.
- Plan and coordinate fundraising programs and corporate engagement events to strengthen partnerships and generate impact.
- Prepare and deliver partnership proposals, presentation materials, and publications to inspire green actions and environmental responsibility.
- Coordinate the full partnerships cycle - from the proposal to documentation to implementation, and post-project evaluation.
- Assist in the development of new corporate partnership initiatives that align corporate goals with The Green Earth’s mission.
- Support communication and outreach by creating engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Requirements
- Strong passion for environmental sustainability and commitment to The Green Earth’s vision and mission (greenearth.org.hk).
- Bachelor’s degree or above in environmental studies, project/event management, marketing communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience; knowledge on environmental topics such as carbon neutrality, waste management, or ESG is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English. Mandarin proficiency is an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing, and basic graphic design or social media tools.
- Outgoing personality with a love for nature and outdoor activities.
- Previous experience in NGOs, CSR or marketing role is highly regarded.
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or public holidays, with time off in lieu provided.
