Job Description
With The Green Earth expanding its corporate partnerships, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager or Senior Project Officer to join our Corporate Engagement team. You will play a key role in building impactful green programs in collaboration with the business sector, contributing to transforming Hong Kong into a healthier, greener city.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage corporate partnership programs, including green workshops, support initiatives, and activities, to engage business partners.
- Assist in planning and executing corporate partnership programs, activities, and fundraising events.
- Prepare partnership proposals, publicity materials, and publications to promote green actions and environmental messages.
- Coordinate partnerships from the proposal stage through documentation, implementation, and reporting.
- Support the development of new corporate partnership initiatives.
- Promote assigned projects through designing engaging posts across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Requirements
- Strong passion for environmental sustainability and commitment to The Green Earth’s vision and mission (greenearth.org.hk).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as environmental studies, project/event management, or marketing communications.
- Ideally, 2-3 years of relevant work experience; familiarity with environmental topics such as carbon neutrality, waste management, or ESG is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proficient in MS Office, Chinese word processing, and basic graphic design tools.
- Outgoing personality with a love for nature and outdoor activities.
- Previous experience in NGOs or marketing is advantageous.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or public holidays, with compensation time off provided.
