About The Green Earth
The Green Earth (TGE) is a Hong Kong environmental charity dedicated to promoting resource conservation and a zero‑waste culture through community education, corporate engagement, and sustainable policy research. We are now inviting applications for a passionate and organised Project Coordinator/Manager to support and coordinate this anniversary programme.

- Identify and approach potential sponsors and donors; develop fundraising strategies covering corporate sponsorship and individual giving.
- Manage anniversary collaboration packages for corporate partners, provide account servicing, and ensure smooth communication.
- Oversee the full event cycle — preparation, logistics, timeline and budget control, and on‑site execution.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver meaningful environmental programmes that align with TGE’s mission and anniversary theme.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with supporters; explore opportunities to convert one‑off support into ongoing partnerships.
- Develop and implement a publicity plan for the anniversary, ensuring consistent messaging across website, e‑newsletter, media, print, and social media channels.
- Plan content calendars, coordinate visuals and messages, and monitor performance to enhance reach and engagement.
-
Requirements
- Strong passion for environmental protection and clear alignment with TGE’s vision and mission.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 4 years of working experience. Experience in one or more of the following areas: event planning, fundraising, corporate engagement, or communications (NGO/CSR/Sustainability experience preferred).
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese; able to draft proposals and publicity materials independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Well organised, detail‑minded, able to manage multiple deadlines, and willing to be hands‑on.
- Knowledge of social media management and content development is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing; experience with simple design or video tools is an advantage.
- Willing to work occasionally on weekends or public holidays for events (time off in lieu provided).
- This is a contract‑based position, with the possibility of renewal.
