（2025 年 2 月 21 日評論）近年氣候變化越來越來嚴重，按香港政府的資料，建築物佔全港用電量約90%，逾60%的碳排放來自建築物耗能相關的電力生產，因此建築物的節能工作是城市舒緩氣候變化的重要舉措。政府倡導節能多年，2022年的《施政報告》主動提出要以2018-19年作基準，在2024-25年度提升政府建築物的「整體能源表現」6%。「節能期」行將屆滿，到底節能情況為何？
