On 1 April 2016, Hong Kong Government launched the Charter on External Lighting to encourage the reduction of light pollution. Is the overuse of lighting putting a shame on our Pearl of the Orient? What is good lighting and bad lighting? Let’s walk around Sai Yeung Choi Street in Mong Kok, the miniature of the story of lightings in Hong Kong, to find the answers. The tour is suitable for all walks of life including families.
