Assistant Manager (Corporate Engagement)

Join The Green Earth as the Assistant Manager of the Corporate Engagement team and help build successful events and activities in partnership with the business sector to turn Hong Kong into a healthy green city. Job Description

As the Assistant Manager, you will assist in overall event and activities management and marketing, from proposal to execution, documentation and reporting; building corporate partnership programs and fundraising activities; and preparing partnership and publicity materials through various media/ online platforms. You will also be an ambassador for the organization and follow up with partnerships from proposal to documentation and reporting.

 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the environment and has a strong belief in the vision and mission of The Green Earth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above in relevant disciplines, preferably in environmental studies, event/project management, or marketing communications. A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience is preferred, with experience in environmental topics such as carbon neutrality, waste management, and/or ESG being an advantage.

 

Being a team-player with a self-motivated, positive attitude and a growth mindset are essential qualities in this role. Good communication skills and a good command of written and spoken Chinese and English are also required. Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Processing, and basic graphic design tools are a must.

 

We need a person who likes outdoor activities, has NGO or marketing experience, and is willing to work occasionally on non-regular working hours such as at weekends or public holidays, where such type of work will be compensated with time off accordingly.
